How do I return an item?
Gourmet @ home unconditionally guarantees all unopened merchandise if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
Our policy for refused purchases or returns is as follows. Your purchase must be returned within 14 days and there will be a 25% restocking fee plus the non-refundable shipping cost.
How do I return a package?
For your convenience, every shipped package includes a Return Form and a Return Label that you may use when shipping a package back to us. Simply attach the label to the outside of your package and send the package via UPS or insured parcel post. Either remove the old label from the package and attach the return label, or make sure that the return label covers the old one.

How do I exchange an item?
Our return center will only process exchange credits to your account. Simply return the unwanted item(s) for credit to your account. When we receive the returned item(s), a credit will be issued to your account, which you may use to purchase items from our OnLine Store. Please follow the instructions above for returning items.
What do I do if my order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged?
Gourmet @ home is committed to providing excellent customer support. If your order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged, please Contact Us via email or call us at 1.800.505.7839. Hold onto the damaged item(s) so we can have Fed Ex credit Gourmet @ home.
Our Guest Assistance hours are Monday-Friday 9 am - 5 pm EST, Saturday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm EST and closed Sunday.
