Rub with Love Salmon Rub
This rub flavors our most
popular dish at Etta's ("the best salmon dish in Seattle"
- Northwest Palate Magazine). The combination
of smoked paprika, brown sugar and thyme is the perfect
compliment to the Northwest's favorite fish. It also adds a
delicious sweet smoky flavor to pork or chicken.

Rub with Love Spicy Tokyo
Rub Aromatic
with toasted sesame seeds, hot-smoky chilies, and flakes of
dried seaweed, this rub is perfect for pan-searing, broiling, or
grilling fresh tuna. It’s also wonderful on other
seafood--salmon, shrimp, scallops--and even tofu. Unlike the
rest of our rubs, Spicy Tokyo Rub contains no sugar. Use it like
salt and pepper, sprinkled in soups and stews, or over rice.
