1 Jar Marshmallow Creme Topping
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 Pkg. PLEASINGLY PLUMPKIN
1/2 Cup Nuts (optional)
Follow directions for the spread recipe and add the marshmallow crème topping that has been "zapped" in the microwave for 20 seconds. This is delicious as a cake frosting (carrot cake, date cake, apple cake, gingerbread, etc.) or between layers of angel food or pound cake.
1/2 Cup Toasted, Chopped Nuts (optional, [pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts, etc.])
Empty entire package of PLEASINGLY PLUMPKIN mix into small bowl. Add 1/4 cup boiling water. Stir and let sit for 15 minutes. Soften cream cheese in a microwave proof bowl for approximately 45 seconds. Add the re-hydrated "plumpkin" mixture and blend well. Fold in chopped nuts and refrigerate until serving time.
