Russian Party Salad
Dressing Ingredients: 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tbsp. Tipsy Russian Mustard 2 tbsp. Balsamic vinegar 1/2 cup olive oil Salad Ingredients: 1 bag mixed lettuce greens 1/2 cup walnuts 1/2 cup dried cranberries 1 cup sautéed apple slices

Preparation: In a bowl, combine garlic, mustard and vinegar mixing rapidly with a fork to combine. Slowly drizzle in oil stirring constantly. In a large salad bowl combine salad ingredients and toss with dressing. Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
